What to know before boarding: dolphins, booking and departure.
Are dolphin sightings guaranteed?
Our crew estimates that we see dolphins on around 90% of trips. This is an estimate based on experience, not a guarantee: dolphins are wild animals and sightings on any particular trip cannot be promised.
How is my booking confirmed?
Send your enquiry through WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed only when we reply and confirm your departure and number of places.
What if the weather is unsuitable?
Contact us to check your departure. Sailing depends on weather conditions; any change of date is arranged with you.
When does the sunset tour depart?
The afternoon departure is at 16:30 from Umag harbour. The trip lasts 3 hours.
